
Sesame Toasted Sugar Snap Peas
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 (12-oz) bag Sugar Snap Peas or snow peas
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Pinch salt
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Mix peas, sesame oil, and salt in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
Toss peas into skillet. Add water and quickly stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until water evaporates and peas are bright green and still crisp.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
